Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Escape Spa, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our policy regarding appointment changes.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations of individual bookings made via Treatwell.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the booked service.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost.

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the remainder of your session, but your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

  • Full service fees will still apply.

  • For groups or spa packages booked directly with Escape Spa, we require 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

  • Deposits (minimum 25% of total package cost) may be non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, though they may be transferable with at least 14 days’ notice.

  • Final payment for group bookings is due no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations 7–14 days before the event incur 50% of the total package cost.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event incur 100% of the total package cost.
